Alumni KBLC Yapen — Former Governor of West PapuaAn alumnus who studied alongside founding father Isaschar Mambrasar, Dominggus Mandacan went on to serve as Regent of Manokwari, Regent of Arfak Mountains, and Governor of West Papua (2017–2022).
